As well as securing new business leads and prospects the role requires you to develop and implement an overall sales strategy in order to assist the company’s growth and revenue plans.

Key Responsibilities

In conjunction with the regional management team identify a prospect database and from initial contacts, identify warm leads and once reviewed, ensure ISTO (Identify, Secure, Transition, Optimise) process is applied. You will be expected to attend appropriate exhibitions, events and functions, both to expose the company to development opportunities and to ensure the correct market perception and presence of Pennebaker Fifth Ring. You will be required to assess customer needs and present our service offerings in order to address the prospect’s needs

Key Skills

A minimum of 5 years experience in sales or business development and a thorough understanding of marketing communications is an absolute must for this role. Ideally from a background selling tailored marketing and design solutions with the ability to understand clients complex needs. You’ll be a highly proactive sales person with the ability to win new business and the ability to adopt a consultative sales approach. Has good communication skills, stays objective and demonstrates a blend of practical and inquisitiveness in their approach to ideas and strategy. Will have a natural hunger to find new opportunities and will develop effective ways in which to identify leads and prospects. Will be industrious, outgoing and resilient to stress and will use a balanced approach to dealing with people. You’ll have lots of energy, and a real go-getter.
