With any major event or exhibition, the success is often relative to the number of guests and their experience. At Fifth Ring we have been involved in the development and execution of exhibition strategies for more than 10 years.

When planning your event we will work with you to establish what you hope to achieve and then develop specific key messages. Once we have these we look at your supporting collateral. For example, if it is an evening event or dinner we will require place settings, menu cards, gift bags and branding for the room. However, should you be exhibiting at a major conference or exhibition there are many more things you need to consider.

The stand or booth
Your stand or booth has to reflect your corporate identity and your brand. Whether you are an established organisation or a new company it is important to get this right so that your key stakeholders can recognise you in the crowd. We have developed the largest most complex stands down to the smaller booths but despite size we always consider your business objectives and combine this with the creativity of our design team.

Collateral
Once you have established the look and feel for your stand it is important that your collateral reflects this and will engage your audience so that they take it away with them and use it as a reference material after the show. This could be in the form of a brochure or information pack, or branded giveaways. Our experience tells us that many show visitors will pick this up as they go along but the information never actually makes it out of the exhibition. By working with us we can develop engaging marketing collateral for you that will build recognition and familiarity of your brand, business and products.

Increasing footfall and raising interest amongst key stakeholders
With a great exhibition stand and collateral sorted you have to think about how to attract your key stakeholders. There will be a lot of noise around the exhibition but creative PR and the best news hooks targeted in the right places, will help inform your key targets that you will be there driving them to your stand. You can also target key stakeholders through your website or using an email campaign. Not only can you attract target stakeholders through your website, you can also capture the data of who may want to meet with you at the exhibition.
