Most small to mid-size businesses work with marketing and communications (a.k.a. marcomms) agencies on everything from sales campaigns to brand building. 

Increasingly, large corporations are pursuing this alliance even though they 

may have internal teams skilled in these matters. With the ability to have a robust in-house team in place, why, you may wonder, would a large company spend a portion of their budget on an outside agency?
